I was hesitant to do the homeopathy “interview”, thinking I’d have to let my guard down and divulge things I preferred to forget about. As it turned out, her questions were not probing, she didn't pry and the session was only about things that had to do with discovering my special remedy. She went to find the energy that matched the remedy and the way we found the remedy was something I hadn’t expected at all. I was surprised how smooth it was and I felt lighter and more empowered, energized and inspired even though I hadn’t taken the remedy yet. The process was very light and so human and not judgmental at all! The homeopathic remedy has changed my consciousness and health in that I am able to focus on one thing at a time and breathe deeply and enjoy rather than the usual "Type A" mania I've lived most of my life.
